Parking

Street parking is available directly outside the Main St. 56 Theater lobby. Additional parking is available in the mall parking lot behind the theater.

Please review all posted parking signs when you arrive. We recommend allowing enough time to park, enter the lobby, and find your seat before the performance begins.

Arriving for the Performance

The Main St. 56 Theater lobby opens 30 minutes before showtime.

Arriving early gives you time to park, check in, visit concessions, and find your seat before the performance begins.

Please silence phones and other electronic devices before the performance. Photography and audio or video recording may be restricted based on the production and its licensing requirements.

Late arrivals will be seated when they can be accommodated without disrupting the performance. Depending on the production, guests may need to wait until an appropriate break before entering the seating area.

​Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds or ticket exchanges are available to qualifying Batavia Players members as part of their membership benefits.

Requests from nonmembers may be approved at the discretion of the box office manager. Contact the box office as soon as possible when requesting a change to an existing reservation.
